Taxi pick-up/drop-off service is only available to customers who book their stay with us directly (phone, email, website) or through an online travel agency (OTA).

Please note: For airport pick up, our driver will contact you at the number you provide and wait for you at the exit of both the international and domestic terminals. In case you arrive earlier and have not met the driver, please wait at the exit, our staff will be there on time, with a pick up sign with your name and the name of the hotel.

Terms and conditions of service:

• Pick-up from Gold Hotel to Da Nang Airport: The booking of a car to the airport must be made at least 24 hours before departure time.
• Pick-up from Da Nang airport to Gold hotel: The booking of shuttle bus must be made at least 48 hours before arrival time.

Service price: 200,000 / trip / pick up (one way)
